Brothers

Today, my brother left me for England. As has become the ritual in the last ten years, our brief reunions always rapidly progress to the pain of saying goodbye. It was not easy today, and I already miss him enormously. He is a truly wonderful character, with charm, talent, good humour and a tender heart. We are different, and yet, no friend can match the intrinsic soul-matching that is found in a sibling. The time before we meet again, will definitely not be as long as it has been in recent years.
