FREE BURMA!
I took this image recently at a commemoration for those who were killed in the Depaeyin Massacre in Burma, seven years ago. The ceremony was held in protest, outside the Myanmar embassy in Tokyo.
I hope that this image brings notice to the continued struggle of those Burmese living in exile. Their lives are often very difficult. Change must come to their country, so they can once again live in a place called home.

Free Burma March In Tokyo
Today, as rain fell continuously, I participated in a march to commemorate the 20th anniversary of the 1990 Burmese general election and to demand for the immediate release of Aung San Suu Kyi and all other political prisoners.
