I guess in the past, it was all soft focus movie making to avoid the harsh realitys of how we 'really' look. Nowadays, computers can do "anything" they want to an image or film. It is quite worrying. How do we know what is real anymore? I guess we can't. Recently I saw how a news network in the states had been caught out when somebody analyzed a photo they'd used for a front page "Hell in Iraq" piece. It was a wide shot of a Baghdad skyline with black smoke billowing from burning buildings.
